The Haitian Government has endorsed the Haiti Art & Fashion Project organised by Pulse through its Pulse Foundation which will take place during Caribbean Fashion week 2010. Last friday Haiti’s Tourism Minister Patrick Delatour was at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel to receive the project document.
