Meiling Esau has been a fashion designer for almost 40 years . In 2008 she has been awarded a CFW award for her craft. The designer also recently launched the Msquared line in conjunction with Micles (‘MSQUARED by Meiling for Micles’), a clothing variety store in Trinidad.
Andrew Harris of Guyana won the award at the Carifesta X Fashion Village by beating out six other contestents. As part of his prize he will be awarded the opportunity to showcase his designs at the Guyana Fashion weekend later this year.

Roger Gary of Guyana, brings a touch of the Caribbean to his women collections. Gary is known for the use of color within his collections and he believes in offering a high quality garment that is practical and modern.
Blessed with international success, his designs have already been featured in WWD, New York Daily News, World Bride, Essence, She Caribbean and others. His collection was featured at the VH1/ Vogue Fashion Awards and is the only designer to be featured twice on BET’s “Rip the Runway” alongside Busta Rymes and LL Cool J.
Gary is slated to be a part of FashionHow International Designers Show in New York on September 6th.
